3. Payment Terms

  • Unless otherwise agreed, invoices are due within 30 days of receipt.

Work Product: Unless otherwise agreed in writing, upon full payment, you will own the deliverables created specifically for your project. We retain the right to use non-confidential work samples in our portfolio.

9. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary or sensitive information shared during the course of our engagement.

This includes, but is not limited to, business strategies, customer data, financial information, and trade secrets.

Confidentiality obligations shall survive the termination of services for a period of two (2) years.
